4 Ways to Recognize Dad on Father’s Day

4 Ways to Recognize Dad on Father’s Day

With Father’s Day around the corner, coming up with ideas for celebration can be overwhelming. We did the hard work for you and came up with four simple ways to tell Dad thanks.

  1.  Offer to help with tasks around the house: Let’s face it. There’s always something to be fixed around the house. Whether you live down the street from your parents, or across the country, helping out with home improvement is something that everyone can help out with! If you live close, this could look like offering to mow the lawn, or pressure washing the back deck. If you live further away, try buying your Dad a new tool to help him fix that sprinkler he’s been meaning to get to, or pay for someone to come out and do the service for him!

  2.  Spend the day doing his favorite activity: Letting your Dad pick out the agenda could be a great way to show him that you are interested in his hobbies! This could be anything from going fishing to treating him to a see his favorite band perform in concert!

  3. Treat him to his favorite meal: Say  “I appreciate you” with some comfort food. Taking dad out to his favorite restaurant, or even preparing his favorite homemade dish is a great way to show that you care.

  4. Get him a personalized gift: There’s something special about giving a gift that is completely unique to the person. Here at Awards4U, we specialize in personalized recognition. Check out our Products & Services to see if you can find that special something for your dad.

We hope you have a great Father’s Day, no matter what you do or give! The most important thing is to recognize Dad for the special role he plays in your life.
