Awards4U and the Four-Way Test

At Awards4U, the number four is pretty special to us — and not just because it’s in our name (although that helps). We also hold Rotary International near and dear. When both of those interests combine, they form something wonderful: the Four-Way Test.

As a set of long-held ethical standards, the Four-Way Test has guided Rotarians for about 111 years and counting. If you’ve ever attended a Rotary club meeting, you may remember hearing this piece time-honored wisdom:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Awards4U operates according to the tenets of Four-Way Test, and these values have made our company a better place to work for and work with.
