"He is an amazing man! He is the Executive Director of the Wakulla Senior Center and gives of himself to always make a difference in the lives of the seniors in our community. During this Covid 19 pandemic he sees that seniors still receive a hot meal everyday. The increased need due to the pandemic has been over 75%, with over 2,200 meals served a month. He and his staff call to see that the clients are alright. On Friday he loads up a van with his staff and goes to client's homes to check on them. Mr. Carter goes way above and beyond what most directors do and has even kept his staff employed. These are just a few of the things he does while caring for seniors and his staff... that's why I nominate him for this award, he is very deserving of it..."
