Yes. During checkout, you can select a specific “need-by” date. If your requested timeline requires expedited handling, a rush fee may be automatically applied, starting at $25. Every rush request is reviewed by our team to confirm we can meet the deadline.

Customization & Design

Yes. Most orders receive a proof within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that proofs are not included for standard trophies, medals, or rush orders.

Unfortunately, we don't offer pre-order proofs. To ensure high-quality designs and fast turnaround times, proofs are only provided after an order is placed.

We recommend submitting high-resolution vector or print-ready files such as EPS, PDF, or PNG at 300 DPI or higher for the best production results. Low-resolution images, including many web-downloaded files, may not reproduce cleanly.

Custom Engraving

Every item is unique, so we are unable to provide final quotes over the phone or by email. All customer-supplied items must be brought into our shop for a physical evaluation. This allows us to assess material compatibility, surface geometry, and the setup required to achieve the best engraving results.

Unlike standard plaques or awards, personal items often require detailed measuring and digital setup. We carefully map your item’s dimensions into our design software to ensure the artwork is properly centered, scaled, and aligned — a process that helps guarantee a clean, professional finish.

Customer-provided items require specialized setup and technical preparation, so pricing is determined after evaluation.
