Standard production time for most items is 5 business days. During checkout, you can specify your needed date, and if any scheduling conflicts occur, we’ll contact you promptly.

Absolutely! We understand that the need for recognition sometimes arises unexpectedly.

If your order is needed before our standard production time, the following fees apply:

• Same Day - 50% of entire order
• Next Day - 40% of entire order
• 2 Days - 30% of entire order
• 3 Days - 20% of entire order
• 4 Days - 10% of entire order
• >4 Days - No Fee

*Minimum fee of $25.00

Please note, rush fees and express shipping are not calculated at checkout; we will reach out to collect any fees upon order placement.

Most certainly. Our in-house team of artists and sales associates can assist in designing custom awards, finding that perfect piece, or even award wording.
